Joseph Kanol, General Manager


Joseph earned his Business Management degree from Divine Word University and became the first employee at the Milum Group of Companies. Over 15 years, he contributed to the company's growth from one to 1500 employees in PNG and Australia, including Milum Services Limited. As the Business Development & Special Projects Manager, he collaborated with the CEO and Board of Directors and served as Company Secretary, focusing on new investments. 

Joseph brings extensive leadership and operational management experience from diverse teams and cultures.



Keynon Oguzhan, Commercial Manager


Keynon brings nearly 30 years of senior finance experience across various industries in Australia and PNG. Starting in a chartered environment with Tax and Audit, he transitioned to senior finance and CFO roles in multiple ASX-listed mining companies. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Tax, along with CPA qualifications in Australia and Papua New Guinea. 

Keynon excels in implementing effective systems and controls to enhance profitability.


Christopher Barre, Manpower Manager


Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in International Relations & Psychology from University of Papua New Guinea with over 10 years HR Management experience in the Oil & Gas and Mining industry.

With his enhanced qualifications and broad experience in the area of Human Resource Management, he believes that implementing simple management skills can get more people engaged and feel part of an organization as a whole.


Jarti Rongo, HR Manager


Jarti Rongo has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Divine Word University with over 28 years of Human Resources experience with various companies and organizations which includes Ok Tedi Mining Ltd. (OTML), Hornibrook, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and others. 

He has over 13 years’ experience in HR Management and Leadership roles with various companies and organizations. He encourages fair and unbiased inclusive decision making, which will create a productive and harmonious workforce for the company. He believes that people are the most important asset for any business, and we must ensure to create a good working environment for the business to thrive.


Mengere Bara, Maintenance Manager


Mengere is a Tradesman Mechanic by trade who has over 25 years’ experience both as hands-on mechanic and in middle management roles in the mobile equipment maintenance industry.


With his early experience beginning at the Department of Transport and Works, then Ela Motors and recently with Ok Tedi Mining Limited, Mengere holds a Bachelor of Management Degree from Divine Word University and a Diploma in Engineering Technology from Box Hill Institute of TAFE.


Dean Shenholds, Transport Manager


Dean brings over thirty years of experience in the transport industry, focusing on heavy vehicle operations.

For the past twenty years, he has been a Cert IV Driver Trainer and Assessor, training and evaluating drivers of various heavy vehicles in Australia and Papua New Guinea.

His expertise extends to transport management and supervisory roles, allowing him to effectively oversee operations while ensuring safety compliance and efficiency.

Dean's commitment to quality in driver training has made him a respected figure in the industry, fostering the development of skilled drivers and promoting best practices in transport operations.


Lovelyn Tahea Te'aku , Safety Manager


Lovelyn Tahea Teaku is a committed Workplace Health and Safety Practitioner, Certified Trainer, and Registered Nurse with fifteen years of experience in the mining and health sectors.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Pacific Adventist University, a Diploma in Quality WHS Auditing, and certifications in Workplace Health and Safety and Training and Assessment.

An advocate for safety, Lovelyn specializes in incident investigation, health and safety program development, workplace audits, and emergency response leadership. She has held key roles at Newcrest Mining Limited and International SOS.

Her dedication to health and safety drives her to empower teams to cultivate a safe work culture, aiming for a vision of healthy employees and secure operations.
