Joseph Kanol, General Manager

Joseph graduated from Divine Word University with a degree in Business Management.

He joined the Milum Group of Companies as the first employee and worked there for over 15 years. During his tenure, the organization grew from a single employee to a workforce of 1500 people across PNG and Australia, including Milum Services Limited. Joseph held the role of Business Development & Special Projects Manager, working closely with the CEO and the Board of Directors. He also served as the Company Secretary for the Milum Group of Companies, specializing in new investments and projects. Currently, Joseph is the Acting General Manager at Milum Services Limited.

With over 15 years of experience, Joseph brings excellent cross-functional leadership and operational management expertise, gained from working with diverse teams and in cross-cultural environments.

Keynon Oguzhan, Commercial Manager

Keynon has close to 30 years’ experience in senior finance roles across a variety of industries both in Australia and PNG. 

Commencing in a chartered environment working in Tax and Audit then into industry into a variety of senior finance and CFO roles including multiple mining companies with ASX exposure.

Holding a Bachelor of Business Degree majoring in Accounting and Tax along with CPA Australia and Papua New Guinea.

Strength in implementation of robust systems and controls for effective maximizing of profitability.

Christopher Barre, Human Resources & Security Manager

Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in International Relations & Psychology from University of Papua New Guinea with over 10 years HR Management experience in the Oil & Gas and Mining industry.

With his enhanced qualifications and broad experience in the area of Human Resource Management, he believes that implementing simple management skills can get more people engaged and feel part of an organization as a whole.
