Our Commitment to Quality
Milum Services believe that to ensure we deliver our clients safe, reliable, and efficient services our systems and procedures need to be world class. In 2019 Milum became the first company in Papua New Guinea to simultaneously achieve three ISO standards.
In April 2021 we achieved our fourth standard. In July 2022 Milum was recertified through routine reinspection to JAZANZ accredited:

To ensure we remain accountable, Milum is governed by six monthly external JASANZ accredited audits.
Milum maintain a modern, world class digital interface inspection system that governs our business to its core. From nightly truck 40-point inspection sheets to our inhouse mess food quality control, this system provides accountability, safety insight and correct document practice.
