Transport Superintendent (FIFO)

The Transport Superintendent is responsible for effective high-level planning, coordinating, and monitoring of the logistics bus operations, including transportation of OTML and BP employees from Tabubil to and from Mine/Mill and other operational sites. This role reports to the Transport Manager and involves efficient coordination and supervision of Bus Ops team, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and overseeing route planning, work assignments, performance monitoring, and training. 

Key responsibilities include managing risk, maintaining vehicle counts and distances, ensuring team rest and alertness, accurate reporting, implementing safety protocols, structuring convoys, managing time, ensuring right of way, and verifying radio communications. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency are essential.
