Milum Services Limited (MSL) is looking to hire suitably qualified and experienced Linehaul Operator with good work ethics to support our Transport Department. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Driving safely and being responsible for Loading & Unloading of cargo on trucks/vehicles
  • Route planning and Effective Communication skills with dispatchers/fellow drivers
  • Vehicle maintenance for regular inspections, addressing minor repairs and ensuring proper functioning of safety features
  • Able to carry out tasks safely and accordingly as per SOP and SWP provided by employer


Must Have

  • Grade 10 certificate or equivalent
  • Have 5 years or more driving experience within the trucking industry preferable highlands highway and Tabubil/Kiunga road
  • Current PNG Driver's License Class 3 and 4
  • Experience in all Trailer Configuration including heavy and wide loads, fuel cartage
  • Must be Dangerous Goods (DG) certified operator


Nice to have

  • Excellent communications are required for effective communication
  • Basic mechanical problem-solving skills are required to solve technical issue
  • Have a sober and healthy habit
