Milum Services Limited is seeking an experienced Drilling Supervisor to oversee safe, efficient and cost-effective drilling operations within Tabubil Western Province.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising Rig activities and ensuring all drilling operations are executed in compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best industry practices.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day drilling operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate and monitor drilling contractors, service companies and rig crews.

Review programs procedures, and risk assessments prior to execution.
- Monitor drilling performance, costs and schedules; report deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate daily drilling reports and operational records.
- Participate in pre-job planning, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Support well control activities and ensure readiness for emergency situations Identify operational risks and implement mitigation meetings.
- Ensure drilling activities comply with environmental regulations and site-specific requirements.
- Manage drill cuttings, fluids, and waste to prevent contamination.
- Support community and landowner engagement protocols where required (important in PNG operations).
