We are currently recruiting a dynamic, result-oriented Executive Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversee the Corporate Services Department, attached to the OK Tedi Development Foundation (OTDF).
The successful candidate will drive business performance, develop and implement strategic initiatives, lead high-performing teams, and ensure organizational goals are achieved. This is a full-time role reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate administration, records, and office procedures
- Support HR: recruitment, onboarding, performance, and staff welfare
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and expenditure control
- Develop and ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Supervise corporate services staff and drive continuous improvement
Must Have
- Master's Degree – MBA, Commerce or Accounting
- 10–15+ years of experience in Accounting & Systems
- Experience in a Senior Executive Managerial/Leadership role
