Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations for all onsite and offsite constructions.

Carrying out maintenance, constructing and managing a well-kept facility
- Planning
ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Reviewing
the work progress on a daily basis and discuss in prestart meetings.
- The work area is consistently maintained in a tidy and organized manner.
- Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Must Have
- Graduate from a tertiary institution
- Proven Tradesman Certificate - NATTB
- Proficient in English and Tok Pisin
- Proven
working experience in mining industry, building and maintenance roles.
- Advanced
knowledge of safety, building and maintenance roles.
- Expert
knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules,
regulations, and quality standards.
